The incubator is pay-first. Send the 1,000 CIFI enrollment fee (non-refundable), paste the transaction hash, tell us about your project, and submit — all in one step. We review every submission personally and respond within 48 hours. Only 10 projects per cohort.

Non-refundable. The 1,000 CIFI enrollment fee covers admin review + cohort infrastructure whether or not your application is accepted. Please read the Incubator Rules before paying.
